“We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The staff was super helpful. Parking does get overcrowded due to the pickleball courts and volleyball courts but we always had a place to park. The Skybar is a good place to enjoy a cold beverage and take in the view!”

“Beautiful condo style hotel. We loved the ocean views from the 5th floor. Very nice pool area and direct access to the beach. Only issues were the temperature of the water in the showers was very hard to control and the noise from the road at night. Would stay again.”

“This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“This hotel is not like its pictured online. It is not updated and some things were falling apart. we had roaches in our room and reported a broken luggage rack. nothing was done to change our room or upgrade us. after watching a sunset we witness a couple and there young child playing in front of playa taco as RATS ran across the cement its only a miracle the child wasnt attacked. we reported it to front desk who said its florida its common here we checked out and left 4 days early, booked thru……

“A hidden gem! A nice well maintained little property. Beach access was vey convenient and rooms were clean. Staff was excellent. Kitchen was stocked with dinnewares etc so grilling on the provided grill made for a nice dinner. Would definitely stay here again!”
