Amazing cottage with plenty of amenities and a fantastic location. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The only hiccup was issues with parking. Often the single reserved space below was taken by restaurant clients.

Highly recommend

Very nice property with perfect location to avoid having to drive anywhere. Only negative is the single parking spot for a house that sleeps 6. That doesn't make sense at all. Lucky for us, a local resident saw us struggling to unload our vehicles with a 2 year old in tow and offered us parking for the two additional vehicles right near by on their property free of charge. Aside from that, all was well. Spotless place with everything in working order. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bath towels and bath towels provided. Felt safe and secure at all times. Back yard/pool was incredibly inviting and comfortable. Beach chairs and cart provided also which was nice. Everything you could ask for. Would highly recommend for sure.

Fantastic location!

This property definitely did not disappoint! Fantastic location that’s close to both the beach and the pier. Shops and food are all within walking distance. The backyard was a hit. The pool and putting green were a fun addition to the large backyard space. Great communication from the hosts who made sure our check in process went well and called to make sure everything was going well and to let them know if we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this space again.

Beautiful stay at AMI

We had an awesome stay in the heart of Anna Maria. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, walking distance to anything you need, including the beach. It was right above a pizza place on the main strip, but still felt private enough and not loud at all. The pizza was delicious as well. Need to be good with stairs but that was not a problem for us. Each bedroom had a king size bed that made it perfect for our group of 3 couples and a toddler. Everything was new, comfortable and worked great. My only area for improvement is one of the gaming barstools was broken and needs repair but no big deal. The outdoor area with private pool, ample seating, putting green and outdoor tv was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The place came with beach chairs, a wagon, and other beach supplies that was a nice perk. We love Anna Maria Island and this was a great way to experience it. 100% recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

We have LOVED this place! Three of us came down to work remotely and play and it’s been perfect! Great outdoor and indoor furniture and spaces for working and reading, relaxing. It’s a PERFECT location right on Pine Ave with all the shops and restaurants but surprisingly quiet and private - from the living space you’d never know you were on the Main Street. Just a few blocks to the beach and the Sandbar Restaurant. Also not far from the pier and farmers market on Tuesdays. The management company was quick to reply with the few questions we had and were accommodating to our check in and out needs. All in all I’d give it a 10 star review if I could. We will definitely be back!

the house was nice, clean, and close to many things. we enjoyed our stay. parking is limited so we walked most places. 19 steps to the house not for weak of heart. I would stay again we love island and the beaches.

Great place to stay on the island!

The location was perfect with close beach access and surrounded by a lot of fun businesses. We loved being over the pizza shop, could go down there and grab food or drinks! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Best Vacation

Not going to lie, we had some doubts about staying over a pizza place and whether noise and lack of privacy would be an issue, but neither were. The unit itself is plenty big and was very clean. The pizza place is really good too! Property Management was easy and great to work with. Texted leading up to our arrival as well as prior to departure. Upon arrival Saturday evening the pool had some debris in it, likely from an earlier storm, that had settled at the bottom of the pool. I texted the property management company and they had someone vacuum the pool Monday morning. This was our first time to AMI and it was not a disappointment! The location of the unit is fantastic. 5 min walk to the beach, with multiple restaurants, shops and ice cream places within walking distance. Highly recommend the area and this unit.

Wonderful!

We had a perfect stay. The apartment is just as pictured! The pool and the little putting green were awesome. The location is great. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There was a beach wagon and chairs provided. And anything else you might need or want can easily be rented from a rental company just up the street. We walked to almost all our meals. Things to note is the apartment is up about 20 steps. There is a baby gate at the top which I liked having for my younger kids. Also the apartment is above a pizza place. It did not bother us at all. You could hear the restaurant music a little at night in the bedrooms but they closed at 9 and the music stopped. Just something to consider if you have people who go to bed early and are sensitive to noise. I would highly recommend this place to rent. We hope we can come back!

BEWARE

This property is managed by AMI accommodations and they are terrible to work with. My friends and I arrived on a Thursday and noticed our AC was not working. I called the property manager immediately and was told that they fixed a setting on their end and it should be fixed. We went to sleep and woke up Friday morning to a house that was 77 degrees. The property managers sent out an AC tech who added refrigerant to our unit around 11 am. We left the house for the day and came back to a house that was 79 degrees. I was told that they could not bring us any portable AC units nor relocate us to a property with AC due to them all being in use. For the next 2 days, I was told that the management was "meeting" and would contact me with a solution. I contacted them 3+ times in 24 hours hoping for a solution to no avail. Sunday afternoon, they finally brought us portable AC units (after 3 days of 78-79 degrees inside). While we were thankful to have AC, the unit had to be hooked up to a window, which meant our window could not be closed. We were all very uncomfortable with the fact that we could not close the window overnight, as it was taped with blue masking take to cover the gap and prevent bugs from coming in. We were a group of eight 25-29-year-old girls staying in a new city with windows that we couldn't close. We checked out Monday morning at 10 am and it is now Monday at 5 pm and I have not heard from anyone in management. VRBO has been helpful with this issue but I will never rent from AMI accommodations again.

This property is amazing. Spacious condo that is very well decorated with multiple porches to relax and enjoy. The back yard is a quaint little oasis with a pool and outside dining area. Short walk (3 blocks) to the beach! Would absolutely visit again!
