“Great location and zero edge pool was perfect for kids. Loved watching the sunsets. Didn’t love that it wasn’t easy to find beach towels each day. Would stay again. ”

“The first floor, under our room #13 was under renovation. Lots of noise including on Saturday April 4. The hallway in front of our room was very dirty; it had stains from food spills that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom and kitchen in our suite were old, from the 80's or 70's. Very disappointing experience for almost $1,000 / night. ”

“Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. ”

“Loved our stay at the Cottages, intentional and attentive staff, quiet and semi secluded units on a busy island. Rooms were clean, fit the descriptions accurately and had everything we needed. The beach itself makes this the hidden gem. Walking up and down the rest of the beach we began to realize just how special our beach area was. Other beaches were crowded and small, but not Cedar Cove! One other note, our refrigerator was making a grinding noise, we notified management and within an hour……

“Non smoking room smelled horrible, toilet wouldn't flush and they never came after we called, we ended up plunging it ourselves but it didn't fix the issue and they didn't offer us another room ”

“Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with ”

“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Estuve solo una noche por mi cumpleaños ya que estuve saliendo cerca y ese fue el lugar perfecto para quedarnos, la atención fue excelente en la recepción y la habitación preciosa y limpia, súper cómoda, una sola cosa que vi mal fue la parte del rooftop para comer algo o tomar algo en la noche, la atención fue pésima, las mesas sucias osea esperararon a que escogiéramos una mesa para medio limpiarla, lo cual para como vi el hotel eso no le pega realmente, incluso me paré y me fui a otro lado a……
