Relaxing small resort within walking distance of a wonderful white sand gulf beach. Palm shaded garden and pool; private patio for each unit, as well as folding beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon. Great location: short drive to restaurants and shops and free trolley nearby.

Our studio villa was perfect for our stay. Very clean, loved the outdoor patio! Pool is heated, nice and relaxing. Having a beach wagon with umbrella and chairs was an added bonus. The villas location is excellent. short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores very close by.

Perfect Beach Stay

My husband and I went for a quick 4- day getaway and this was a perfect spot. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and easy. It has an extremely casual vibe! It’s a very short walk to the beach and it’s beautiful. There is a lot of construction going on in the other villas and all the walkways and pool which we were not aware of until we arrived. When everything is completed it will be beautiful. I recommend it but would ask about construction before I booked.

Great location. Two minute walk to the beach. We arrived two hours early and Wendy let us check in. Not only that she upgraded us to a two bedroom suite from a studio villa because it was available. Appliances were brand new. There was a lot of TLC in the unit. They had everything we need. A great experience all around.

This was second stay @ Palm Tree Villas. Convenient location across one road from public access to the beach. Property was like a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen (including full size fridge), laundry, and large porch with outdoor seating and room to store beach chairs/umbrella/etc. property provided 4 chairs, small cooler, and beach umbrella. We rented 4 bikes, additional lay down chairs, and canopy that we stored on the patio. Only downside was toilet paper! Our family of four stayed here 4nts for several hundred $$/nt and the property provided exactly two rolls of toilet paper for the stay. As we were approaching the end of the second roll, I contacted the property mentioning we couldn’t find the extra rolls stored anywhere and could we stop by the ofc to get another roll. They replied that they don’t restock toilet paper so we’d have to go to the grocery store and buy more ourselves! First world problem but seems ridiculous to not have a few rolls available somewhere on property. Seems like an easy fix to greatly improve our overall experience. They can do better!

Nice place to stay. Our unit did not have a real good wifi signal on our computers, so had to use hotspot on phone. when moved closer to the office it was goodl Other minor things were referred to manager for attention.

sofa beds in general are not high quality bedding, but the Sable room had a sofa bed that was among the WORST QUALITY BED. POOL was freezing cold. Staff was ok.

Expedia said checkin time is 3:00. Emails from property itself said 4:00. Checkin person was not rude or unfriendly, but also not warm and gracious about welcoming us or expressing appreciation for the business. My husband and I could not get the deadlock bolt to close. Someone should adjust that in the Foxtail unit.

The host lady is a bit too much. I had trouble with her prior to stay on a call. Then while on property I reached out a couple times. She was pleasant. Then the final time I reached out she was a bit testy followed with a time sensitive question and waited until after check out to respond. The safe did not function. The TV and remote were sub-par at best. For as much as it was a night, I feel like the toilet paper could have been better as well. It is super thin and rough. There are much better options in the area for the price.

The units are very comfortable, look to be recently renovated, had everything we needed. The pool area very nice with lots of seating. The location is great- just a walk across the street to the beach. And many restaurants close by. Staff was very nice, helpful and good communications.
