We Loved our stay and wish it could have been longer than one night!! The space was Neat, Tidy, and so Cute!!! Just brush off the sand on your feet before you slide into the comfy bed! (I’m sure sand is a normal battle for All beach goers!). Sitting on the balcony was our granddaughter’s place to say “hi” and greet the walkers going by! We enjoyed the beautiful view right out our door, and access to the beach right across the street. We couldn’t bring back the little beach umbrella we bought for the day, so we left it in the pile of beach things for others to use! We sure hope to be back for a longer stay!!!

The property was super clean. The staff always responded and picked up calls and were very friendly and helpful. The sunset view and water view in general were amazing! Can’t put a price on that. Also, although the beach is right out front, it was surprisingly quiet inside the rental. Bars and cute little eating spots all around within walking distance! There’s this cute little French Bistro that just opened about a month ago, Cafe Riviera. Their lates are amazing and the food was absolutely excellent! We’d make a trip just to eat there. Paradise Grille on the beach had AMAZING fish tacos! My husband was so full but kept eating lol…awesome fries as well. This rental is in a great location.

I enjoy a cup of decaf coffee in the morning. There was no decaf coffee. Nor was there any sugar substitute. I would’ve liked to have had a measuring cup. Also parking situation was very good. You get free parking on the streetparking all around Pasa Grill. No one responded to my telephone request for decaf coffee. Nice room with an easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants.

This was a great place to stay. Very walkable to all amenities like the beach and great restaurants. We will be staying here again! Easy check in and check out as well. The only negative to the visit was parking. There are only 3 spots in the back and they were taken during our whole stay. We parked out front of the property and got a $40 ticket (had no idea it was paid parking as there were no signs). So be prepared to pay for parking if you can't get one of the 3 spots in the back. Overall, great visit!

Everything was very clean. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Only negative was that we stayed on the second floor and it was hard to carry luggage up the steps.

Happy New Years

We have stayed at Havana several times but this is the first time in the upstairs apartment. The view is fabulous! The apartment is comfortable. The only neg is the bed in the master bedroom is sagging toward the middle. We will be back....it's our favorite place on Pass-A-Grille!

The location to the beach is unbeatable. The property was of Floridan style. Was very well looked after. The downsides were we had to share our outside space and table with other guests which wasnt obvious when we booked and wasn't always available. I would definitely stay again but would book an upstairs room which provided it's own outside space and better sea views

Perfect location! Great views, sand/beach is across the street. Restaurants, coffee shop within a block. Paradiso Grille is across the street, right in front of the beach. Can't ask for more. Staff was very helpful. Felt welcome! Will definitely visit again.

Clean and comfortable with onsite parking. Across the street from beach and block from restaurants and shops. Additionally and unexpectedly we witnessed logger head turtles hatch and return to Gulf. Overall excellent stay
