“Rooms were spacious, nice balcony. Even though there is not daily housekeeping, they leave a basket for things that you may need.”

“The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh……

“Este hotel convirtió mis vacaciones en un infierno, al llegar al hotel notamos que estaba en construcción detalle que nunca aclararon al momento de hacer la reserva, la piscina estaba fuera de servicio, una de las razones por lo que reservé en este hotel y no pude utilizar, el ascensor fuera de servicio, la habitación súper pequeña, la construcción comenzaba a las 7am, me acerco al counter de servicio al cliente y les indico que deseaba silencio para poder dormir y la empleada con tono arrogante……

“I had to ask the front desk for clean towels every day. Other than that, it was great.”

“The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.”

“It was such a fantastic hotel and staycation with my BFF visiting from Chicago for my 60th. The only things that are odd is if you go to the pool and pool bar you are not allowed to bring any food or water in there. That was fine and not sure what they for families with kids and their snacks so it could be different. You also can't charge anything to your room so bring your CC to the pool. Other than that it was such an AMAZING hotel and if you are there on a Sunday make sure to go to the pool……

“I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“The room had drain flies in the bathroom which were very concerning. The toilet hardware needs adjusting as I needed to shift the tank cover in order for the toilet to flush ”

“Ok there is a lot this resort does right but can improve on some things. The activities for the kids are endless! Our group from 3-12 loved the waterslide on the beach & pool with the DJ/kids games was a lot of fun. The beach is beautiful and it perfect for young kids!! One of the biggest downsides is the elevators. They take forever to come and are often packed when you get one. I think this comes from the resort being older and not having any service elevators so the employees have to use the……
