“Maybe I got what I paid for. But the bed was uncomfortable and the laundry is not included, but you had to find a place to get quarters to use the machines. There was nowhere to sit to eat until I found chairs in the closet that kind of fit the very small table. I was in 214 but maybe other units are nicer. The resort is doing a good job of cleaning up after the damage from the hurricane. And the pool was lovely.”

“When I pulled up I thought it looked like a standard type Florida motel but……. I was wrong. Once you enter the back of the resort you will be totally surprised with 2 really nice pools, jacuzzi, very clean beach scene, beach restaurant , gourmet restaurant and bar and a really nice coffee shop. ”

“Perfect location if you want to just play around and quaint downtown Dunedin. Properties very clean and the rooms are spacious. This is our second day at the grant Inn and I’m sure we’ll be back.”

“Resort was great! Clean rooms- clean grounds & friendly staff. Rather you want to relax on the beach or in/by a pool you have options. Lots of activities & things to do. You do not need to rent a car, if you are looking to relax. The city has free rides- provide tip only- to get you to local places. Plus stores, restaurants, coffee, ice cream shops are walking distance. ”
