"Our stay at four seasons was great, all of the staff were so friendly and we were lucky to get a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath tub looking out to the city. The facilities such as the pool, hot tub and sauna were well maintained and lovely to spend some of the evening in after a long day visiting some of the amazing sites. Turn down service was appreciated and also meant our bins were emptied twice a day. Shoutout to Chris from concierge who was knowledgeable and always helpful, even showing us to our taxi that we ordered via DiDi to make sure the driver would take us to the correct place (due to our language barrier). Overall great stay, would still recommend despite being a bit further out from the main sites. "

"Other than the outdated tiny TV and having no hooks in the spacious bathroom, it’s a great place to stay in BJ! Right next to the subway, 3rd ring, and surrounded by mall and wonderful food courts, it offers great views of the heart of CBD and complete silence when rests in the room! Excellent value for sure! "

"The stay at Fairmont Beijing exceeded our expectations. The room was really big (over 40 sqm) with a super king size bed, massive windows, a sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, a great massage chair, a working table and 2 extra chairs. We had a coffee machine and a kettle with plenty of Voss water, abundantly replenished daily. The bathroom was massive, with a bathtub, shower room with 3 settings and two sinks. The toilet seat had seat heating and cleaning functions. Plus there was a dressing room with plenty of storage and a safe. We absolutely loved the room and the service we received at Fairmont Beijing. Top notch!"

"Our 7-night stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The staff is exceptionally helpful, ensuring a comfortable visit. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food--something we enjoyed every morning. It was also easy to get around as the hotel is conveniently located within a short distance to a subway station and a 35-minute drive to the Beijing Capital Airport. The only disappointment was that the spa was not open during our stay. We would definitely stay there again."
