「Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! 」

「The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available. The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Also a bbq to use. 」

「The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

「Rustige buurt met veel groen op een half uur reizen met OV naar de Londonse City. Supermarkten op 3 haltes, en kleine winkels op 10 minuten lopen. Inrichting van huis gedateerd maar netjes, schoon en ruim. Eigenaar Paolo zeer behulpzaam. Woont even verderop in de straat.」

「We did not end up staying at our original booked property, as the day before our arrival the host informed us of an upgrade to another property. The new property was beyond our expectations. Closer to LCY (8 minutes drive), grocery, shops, restaurant and public transport (within 5 minute walk). 「Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again...
