We were provided what we requested. 2 allergy friendly rooms, 1 for a family with a 9 year old and 1 for 2 senior citizens. We were in state to attend a funeral. What surprised us when we arrived was the elevator and parking lot smelled of pot. However we didn't realize the state legalized the substance. The staff is kind and friendly. And they worked hard since in the morning the elevator smelled fresh and clean. So thank you.

Was nice place to stay for our weekend getaway. Breakfast was always well stocked and clean. Nice area for kids to play in lobby area. Overall lovely place to stay.

Entrance was welcoming-clean and bright looking The front desk staff- terrific- friendly and helpful Breakfast was good, interesting and staff always re-filling items. The rooms were comfortable and clean We will be back on our next trip. Thank you for making this a special 2 night stay.

Stood here for a last minute road trip to the zoo, with my family. The price was perfect. The distance to the zoo was fine. The free breakfast was convenient. The staff were so polite throughout our stay. Facilities were clean, new and well maintained. Highly recommended

Very clean, well put together facility. Our room was very large and the acoustics were amazing......which was the only thing I'd say was an issue. I felt like I had to speak very low due to the echo in the room. Staff was amazingly nice, breakfast was great and they have this cool pancake maker which essentially is a little coveyor belt that delivers hot and tasty cakes right to my plate. Its easy in and out due to being right by the highway. Also, while you're here, go visit Blue Goose for your grub!!!!! 10/10 I recommend

Everything about this whole establishment was great! The lobby was very colorful warm and clean, the front desk associate was very welcoming and nice , the room was perfect very clean and cozy . Loved the TV. Overall Loved it and would definitely recommend to others and come back.

The room was small, but very nice EXCEPT that it smelled like marijuana all 3 nights. I know that is not really the fault of the hotel, but it was kind of obnoxious.

Nice modern design. The window had a blackout shade in a track to completely block light. Lamps near the bed were warm white. Breakfast was the typical hotel spread, except eggs were in omelet form. And there was an automated pancake machine.

We recently stayed at Tru by Hilton in Sharonville,OH to visit the Cincinnati Zoo and to travel north the next day to Greenville, OH to see the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The hotel is phenomenal, very modern, clean and a highly attentive front desk and housekeeping staff. The facilities were very nice, namely the pool ( in which we went swimming the night we arrived) and the breakfast the next morning. It is also nice they have a sundries option to buy snacks and drinks at the desk, so if you wanted something to snack on, you could just grab it there instead of leaving or fishing thru a cheap vending machine. The rooms were extremely nice, very comfortable beds, large bathrooms and a very large TV. A great place, outstanding really

This was a great deal, especially for my boyfriend’s and my experience. We only stayed one night, but we were extremely comfortable in our room. We both slept surprisingly well, which was awesome since we had a long drive the very next morning. I really enjoyed all the toiletries, especially since I usually have to bring my own due to sensitive skin. I definitely wish I didn’t bring my own now, because I really didn’t need to! We didn’t encounter any issues, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice, although maybe limited for people with dietary needs. However, I did see a sign that indicated that you could make requests to the kitchen staff to accommodate that. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would stay here again for sure if we happen to be in Cincinnati again!

The facility was clean. The staff members were very friendly. They asked a few times if they could do anything else for us. The only drawback was you could hear the traffic on the nearby highway but we were still able to sleep.

Location is good and property is clean. The staff didn’t seemed too thrilled to be there. No greeting. No smiles. The work station is just a tablet and you can’t open excel or other docs. Also, it’s near a train tracks so you can hear train blowing their horns. Breakfast options were limited but ok.
