「Had a pleasant stay for three nights with parents. Great hospitality by all the staff members. Amazing new year party at the banquet hall, kudos to the organizers. Good options for breakfast buffet and also ordered a delicious chocolate cake for the new year. Good food, good spa service, good swimming pool and beautiful ambience. Definitely choosing this place by default when in Coimbatore.」

「Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! I was able to walk around the community for shopping. I like the food choices in the hotel restaurant, so I didn't need to eat outside. The room cleaning servce was excellent.
