「Overall a good experience」

「Hotel service is good, but facilities in room which are worn a little bit. Also, there is nothing around the hotel. However. This area like such as a small downtown, not so urban here. So, shall not take so highly criteria to evaluate it. Overall speaking, it is acceptable to me.」

「Water inside room is packed in a glass bottle, the cap was full of dirt- not sure how many people has been drinking the water. Room service attended after 3 hours, need to keep reminding them that I asked for service.There was a lucky draw spinner and I got the picture was depicted as pair of wine glass- the receptionist confirmed it’s applicable in the bar-when I asked it at the bar they said it was limited to mock tail! 「the hotel is located close to the airport and offers free drop and pick up. We were staying for a night before our flight so the hotel suited us. Cleanliness was just ok. The breakfast was decent. Staff was courteous even when we told them they need to improve. So looks like it will take some steps to improve. Otherwise our stay was ok. 」
