「We checked into this hotel after having issues with our Airbnb rental. Issac at the front desk was nice and friendly to chat with for a bit after a tiring long day. We requested a late checkout, which was granted. The hotel is so cute, nestled amongst the trees and the grounds are well maintained. The room was a bit dusty, AC unit was dirty, the area behind the tv was dusty, as were other areas in the room, which we wiped down. 「We had a great check in super easy . We loved the space and the two rooms. They had a small kitchenette which was super helpful throughout our stay. We were able to have a refrigerator that we were able to keep some food and some drinks and there was a microwave. The only thing was the carpet right into the transfer to the kitchen I could feel some nails. I let them know of the problem. They were very helpful with any questions or concerns. 」

「We stayed in 'The Cabin '. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin had a small yard and patio that was great for having some wine and cheese. The kitchen it was stocked with some basic utensils and the 2 burner stove worked great to cook a little breakfast. Great location because it's only a 7 minute drive to either Nevada City Fairgrounds or downtown Grass Valley city. However downtown Nevada City is within walking distance of the motel.
