「This little cabin is exactly what we were hoping for! Secluded, great covered patios in front and back, and back patio is so relaxing! Hummingbird feeder, bird feeders and birdbath all get a lot of activity, plus a great view of the deer, turkeys and hogs when they come out to eat. This place had everything we needed…charcoal grill, cookware, coffee, etc. very clean as well. Buddy the cat was great company too! Definitely would come back!」

「My kids and I enjoyed our annual end of school getaway here! The cabin accommodates a big family group and has a great location. Five minutes walk down to the private Frio river access. 10 minutes to Garner. The landlady is easily accessible. The only downside was no WiFi due to provider issues. I would definitely recommend bringing your own hotspot for WiFi/cell service!」

「First off, let me start by saying it is a great location. One other house is close by, but there is definitely a lot of privacy. Upon the arrival of the home and inspection windows were broken, blinds were broken or missing. There was no fire extinguisher and the air condition filter was extremely dirt. 「House is super cute and was much bigger than expected. Owner of property is very strict with the 2 people count even though there is space for two blow up mattresses. That part was kind of annoying honestly because some families may be more than two and have young kids with them but other than that it was a great stay. Owner also made comments about us keeping the place clean like we were animals. His approach and delivery needs improvement. Thank you.」

「Excellent place to stay in Concan. Accommodations were as advertised, pool was great and we had friendly neighbors. It’s a separate house not connected to the other two units next door. Kitchen appliances and furniture were a little dated but functional. One of the two toilets clogged on our last day and we reported it to the owner who fixed it within hours (thanks!). Overall I would recommend staying here. Garner State Park which is just down the road was excellent!」
