「The property and condo were clean, and had all the amenities as described online. We had 5 people staying at the property, and had plenty of room, We very much appreciated having a second bathroom. The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area.」

「Perfect location with great amenities! The cabin was so spacious and easily accommodated 6 guests (although we were only one couple). The general store onsite made our trip so easy, and we really enjoyed the free range chickens! We would absolutely recommend this location for your stay at the Frio in Concan!」

「This place has potential, but also has some issues.1) It was not clean when we arrived. The owner quickly rectified this but caused a delay in our check-in and left a gross feeling in the house knowing how it was essentially speed cleaned in an hour.2) the pool is pretty bad...old, flaky bottom that was peeling off in multiple places. It was also very cloudy when we arrived.3) The kitchen is one of the worst stocked I've rented...dull knives, disorganized, just bad」

「We had such a wonderful stay, made even better by the property owners! They were available for questions and when my Uncle arrived first, apparently chatty - he found their company so welcoming. The cabin had a little swing out front that the kids loved. We loved the pool and the commercial kitchen adjoining it - we are thinking birthday celebrations u der the Pavillion next year! Wonderful stay. 」
