「Prices on the listing are enticing but, beware! I contacted the manager on Jan 22 with a list of questions for clarity since the listing was vague and the prices seemed too good to be true. I liked his responses. The same day a local friend toured the compound and assured us that the spaces she saw were clean. 「We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break.」

「Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. 「Roger is a very nice and accommodating host. He allowed us to check in early and check out late. The house is quite large and close to the train station and only take 20 minutes to reach London Victoria Station. We did have to wash the dishes before using them and the house could use some cleaning. The linens and towels were all clean so no issues there.」

「My daughter and I stayed in Tooting to get a feel for the town and to look at dorms in case she came to school in London. It was the perfect place to use as a home base. The apartments was exactly as the pictures, clean, cozy and good location with the bus. Everything was perfect for cooking and hanging out. We will stay here again.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」
