「Property needed a deep clean. I sneezed a lot and had black dust come out of my nose. Heating didn’t work sometimes and the room was quite cold. I booked through Expedia and check out said 11 am and I wasn’t told any check out time by the owner. On the morning of check out a cleaner knocked at the door and we shouted we were still inside. 「The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay. The village is very close to the historic house, chapels and gardens of Ushaw and Brancepeth Castle, which are both excellent places to visit!! 「Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. 「Lovely place, great location on the high street. Private, off street parking is very helpful - the entrance to it is through a very narrow archway which was a tight squeeze for an SUV. 「At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply. Juliet and her husband were really helpful and accommodating, the apartment was lovely and comfortable, and quintessentially English, and we both fell in love with the sheep. 「Nice overnight stay at Hall Garth hotel, just minutes off the motorway but no sound of traffic !!!!!, Staff are all very friendly and an asset to the business. Evening meal was very tasty as was the breakfast. They have closed the swimming pool but have Spa facilities but at a premium price of £15 for 90 minutes which in my opinion is over priced. Rooms a little dated but comfortable . Would certainly recommend and return. They also have their own golf course. 」

"I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel."

"浴缸花灑頭岀水太少，不足以淋浴。廁所出口有滲水情況嚴重。職員有發現狀況，但沒有即時按排換房服務。反而留言給我避免使用企缸。叫客人接受滲漏情況直至離開酒店。完全沒有考慮到客人需要及服務質素極差劣。需要經過投訴後才按排最後一晚才更換房間。"
