「The hotel is inside the University Park which isn’t convenient to us. Environment is good , the room is neat and tidy but isn’t spacious. Breakfast is good. 」

「The room was a little dated, lovely corner bath but the jets weren’t working on it, no shower in the room which would have been handy. Lovely 4 poster bed, but the mattress was way too soft. Restaurant was lovely and the quality of the food was great. We used the spa and the gym the following day, the spa was very modern, great facilities and very clean.」

「Ventilation was poor, we had no access to go onto the balcony due to door being locked. There was no windows in the room. No source of natural air. Not sure why dogs were allowed in the restaurant and it wasn't not a guide dog. 」

Staff are pleasant, bar is well priced to say it’s located on an airport, and food very reasonably priced again compared to what you’d get in the terminal Buffet hit breakfast, £13 per adult if you pre pay at reception, as of last week (April 2024).
