Great location, really helpful staff and the room was comfortable, though the room and public areas were all in need of some care and upgrading. That said we felt that this was all reflected in a very reasonable price and the value for money was very good.

This over five hundred years old hotel is an interesting place. Wonky floors creaking everywhere (we’d all be creaking long before five hundred years old) Going up a slight slope to the bathroom is novel. Breakfast is very good. Comfortable beds. Great location.
