「The cottage is great for a small family in a great location, perfectly located in the shops valley area. Easy access to Castleton and great walks from the front door. Bradwell has good pubs that are dog friendly, a coop food store and a good chippy, all in great value for money」

「This was our second stay at Butterfield Cottage - two wonderful weeks at this cosy, comfortable, immaculate cottage. The owner, Jan, was so kind, accommodating and quick to respond allowing us early check in after an overnight flight and late check out as well.The cottage has everything you could ask for - comfortable beds, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen and cosy living and dining space. 「This was the perfect place for a long weekend away. The place was incredibly cozy, and provided a lovely place from rest and relaxation. The bathtub is AMAZING and the location was perfect - beautiful views all round, a lovely walk along a river, and a pub! It was nice to not be right in the centre of Bakewell but was still incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!」

「We where welcomed in with a few Essentials like fresh bread, cookies, fresh farmed milk and butter. The hut was very tidy and clean kids loved the farm animals right outside the door. Charlotte (host) let the kids feed the animals, was very quite and we enjoyed our getaway from the hustle and bustle off London city. Best part was the fire pit at night where we all sat down and enjoyed our marshmallows and hot chocolate, was a shame that they ran out off wood log. Will most definitely be visiting...

「The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it.」
