「We loved staying in Charlie’s property. It was very clean and well maintained and was a gem. Parking was tricky round the back but plenty of on street parking was available. A few trips down the hill into town certainly built the glutes on the return up the hill! Highly recommend Stones restaurant and Sourdough Dave’s bakery for bread in the morning. Matlock is a lovely town and well positioned for walking (Dovedale, Edale, etc all within 30mins) or visiting Bakewell or Chatsworth House.Perfect...

「The apartment was spacious and very comfortable in a beautiful and tranquil garden setting. Access to many walks from the property - no need to drive every day. Interesting market towns nearby and some National Trust properties an hour or so away. Youlgreave is in walking distance- 3 pubs serving food and some shops with local produce. 」
