「Bob W is an example of a company that has introduced AI without concern for its customers. The check is process creates friction (ie it is time consuming) versus other hotels of a similar price range. Check out the same. It can be ok if nothing goes wrong. But for example when I checked out of my hotel and realized I had left my water bottle in the fridge — there are no on site staff to quickly resolve the problem. 「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」
