「Some rooms are only accessible by stair, which is not convenience to travellers」

「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. 「the room was very small, but ok as we only stayed 1 night, very clean, air conditioning, comfortable bed.」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

「Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning.」
