“Overall experience is nice. We stayed in room 5 for 3 nights. It would be feel better if the walls refurbish, replace the old boiler and unusable cooking pan and pot. Also, the exhaust fan In the bathroom should be clean regularly. All the staffs are very nice and helpful.”

“We had the best time onboard, we are a family of 5 staying 4 nights, there was plenty of room and the cleanliness and facilities were outstanding, glen and Emma are so lovely and brought fresh bottles of water, milk, bread. The kids loved the cereal selection and I adored the nespresso every morning on the quiet deck. The weather wasn't great but that didn't matter, it was a short walk to catch the ferry to the Barbican and from there we visited mount edgecombe and went on boat tours. The bridge……

“Great location by the station, and good to have the option of doing some simple cooking with the apartment kitchen. Really enjoyed staying there, although the room was rather small and plain for the price. I imagine more suited to groups than older couples.”

“Delightful chalet in a lovely position overlooking Plymouth Sound. Peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, with the opportunity for coastal walks as well as to the beach and surrounding areas. Lovely cafe on the estate and close enough to local shops for provisions. Two lovely pubs in the local village, 5 minute drive away or within walking distance. A very comfortable and well equipped chalet. We would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break. We would definitely visit again.”

Although car parking is available it can be a bit of a problem for people with mobility problems. However we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this location.”

The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. “This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. The house is so beautiful and spacious and all the gathering areas near the pool, family room and outside made it so comfortable. The meals were exceptional and so generous.
