We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year.

Absolutely loved this apartment hotel. Felt like a home away from home. There was nothing better than having a fully supplied kitchen, a dishwasher, and a place to wash our dirty clothes. We got groceries, cooked breakfast, and enjoyed the ample supply of provided teas in the morning at the breakfast table. Rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice, and allowed us to sit in the lobby while we waited for our room to be available, a god send, being our overseas flight got us into England in the early morning and we were exhausted. Location was within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy, hairdressers, convenience stores and a short walk to bus stops with a slightly longer walk to the underground station. Just a short walk to the park as well, a much needed break from the hussle and bustle of London. There are many pubs nearby which in the evening become lively and busy with suited businesses men and women on the sidewalk having beers and a smoke. Those wanting a very quiet environment might be a bit bothered but the pubs quiet down before 10pm and it's peaceful and quiet the rest of the day. 10/10 experience and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. A crib was provided for our toddler, which was a thoughtful touch, and the space was perfect for our family. The location was convenient—close to public transportation yet very walkable, with plenty of great dining options nearby.

What a gem of a find!! From booking to check out cannot be faulted. Fabulous place to stay in the heart of Mayfair. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Loads of room to relax and a perfect base for the west end. Highly recommended.

Wow super location with easy walking to Bond and Oxford streets. Also easy walk to Buckingham palace. Many Small cozy Pubs restaurants dot the neighborhood. They don’t show up on the internet but they are there. This is a Vintage property that is well kept, clean but has its quirks too. The reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of tea, coffee and cookies provided. Would stay there again.

GREAT place with regard to period ambience, staff friendliness, overall cleanliness & ease of taxi availability. Our only issues with the place is if you get locked out without your key, & no one’s on desk, you are stranded!!! Also, we had major issues with our shower head, but it was our fault for failing to report it, so sorry! otherwise, AWESOME STAY & would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

9 Hertford street is a real home away from home. Hugely spacious for London at a very reasonable price. The staff are friendly and welcoming and were on hand for local knowledge or any issues with the apartment. When we arrived they'd put the electric fire in and all the lamps to make it feel warm and homely. The apartment is very cosy with good quality mattress, linens and sofa along with book cases and pictures making it feel like a proper home. It's not the most contemporary or luxury design but it's also not at that price point. We had our dog with us who was welcomed with a bed, bowl of water, treats and a toy. The balcony was on hand for his morning routine and it's a perfect place to stay if travelling with pets due to the large amount of space compared to a hotel room. On site parking is another major plus point at a very fair price considering it's Mayfair. Getting to the car park involves some pretty tight angles so make sure your car is either a bit smaller or you are ace at parking.

Property was just as advertised, very warm and perfect for our stay. I would definitely be booking this property again. There wasn’t anybody on the front desk when we arrived and we did have to wait for 20min in the rain to be let in which wasn’t great. Especially when I did respond to an email from the front desk stating that we would be arriving at 2pm the check in time. But other than that

This large one bedroom was perfect for our family of three. They let us check in early and lent us umbrellas for the rain. Everything was clean and comfortable. They had lots of extra touches - like laundry detergent - to make our stay super comfortable. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Amazing stay

Was welcomed and checked in immediately even tho we arrived early.Nikola was so wonderful n helpful. Room is cute n clean. Went down to bar n Nicola n Grace were so lovely n helpful with all questions I had. The whole staff was great. Will stay next time as it was an amazing experience. Thank you !
