「The room is comfortable and well-facilitied. But there’s no water for room, and the breakfast jus okay. However, we were late but the staff is super friendly to help.」

「Nice and new but there was only about 1 foot of space to get into the bed on one side. No couch to sit on, only a recliner chair to sit on...that was ok but not so much with 2 adults. No shampoo, had to go to the front desk and ask for some. Had to ask for dishes, silverware, etc. The shower value fell off and the bathtub faucet was loose. 」

「I loved the fact that breakfast was included and it's a good breakfast with many choices. Rooms were hugewith a microwave refrigerator and dishwasher 」

「The staff at the front desk is friendly. But the room is not well cleaned. We found wet towel in the bathroom. It was just rolled for guest to use. We were waken up by the alarm twice during the sleep. That's so weird and scaring. 」

「I booked a room online, but when I arrived at the store, I was told that there was no room. It was already 11:30 in the evening! They have no apologies! Refunds are still troublesome!」

「Check in was simple. The afternoon front desk person was really nice and welcoming. Morning staff was robotic and flat. We checked in and found someone's dirty, old t-shirt under our bed. Totally gross. Our room was clean and tidy but the shirt threw us a little bit. Mentioned it to the morning clerk on our check out. 」

「房間很大，很乾淨，還有一個小吧枱。早餐菜色選擇雖然不多，但也是可以吃得很満足，有一台鬆餅機可以做鬆餅。飯店的招牌是Holiday Inn，跟App上顯示的飯店名稱不同，所以造成一點小小的困擾。」

「Close to costco and food but when check out the lady who check the bedroom did not like because I was late only 6 minutes It is very bad they can not wait five minutes to check out. Made me feel little sad 」
