「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

On arrival you’d be forgiven for thinking the hotel looked a bit past its best from the outside and some communal areas are tired, but the reception / bar and restaurant are lovely, and we had a superior room above the spa which is clearly the more recent and refurbished section. Minor issue with smell in room 243 but flushing the shower through and opening the windows helped and it wasn’t enough to affect our...

「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」
