Fortunately the cleaning teams of Charmillion are very committed in cleaning, but rules should be applied more for dirty people. All the people from the restaurant and the custom service ate welcoming and smilling. Rooms are clean, room service is very good. The pools are clean.」

「Very nice resort. We had all inclusive and it was totally worth it. Super good food and nice menus and restaurants. The staff was extraordinary polite and helpful!! Big pool areas, nice beach, a lot of service points to get drinks and snacks. Only minus side is quote poor entertainment program. It was mostly for kids and was not very good quality. After dinner we mostly went to bed because there was nothing to do (which we didnt mind tho). Gym was equipped well and there was not many people at...

「We enjoyed our 4-night stay at swim-up rooms and truly enjoyed having the pool right in our balcony. It offered great privacy. The hotel over all was nice and as luxurious as promised. The staff are nice and friendly. There is a large selection of food but it could be better. Note to people of color- the majority of guests are white and unfortunately many carry themselves with so much privilege. Not the fault of the hotel, but something to be aware」

「Jaz Shark Bay Hotel is een goed hotel. Eén minpunt is de ligging. Er is om het hotel niets te doen. Wil je wat pak een taxi, kan via het hotel. Er is een gratis Shuttlebus naar het strand, die gaat ieder uur. Plus minus 12 minuten. Goed zwembad. Restaurant is ok, zoals we gewend zijn elke dag veel basis gerechten. Met wel wat afwisseling. Alleen het brood kan beter. Voor de rest ok. 」
