「Place was extremely clean! They have a “no shoe” rule which is great and host provides with slippers which is a big plus in my book. Home was spacious and everything was modernized. I stayed with a family of 7 ( 2 under 12 year olds). Only suggestion I would give is maybe have some kind of all purpose cleaning materials to help guests clean as they go, maybe Clorox wipes. Regardless, I will definitely look for this place to stay if ever visit again.」

「When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall.」

「Decor on point. Absolutely my esthetic Beds comfortable, pillows numerous, bath towels plentiful and tastefully displayed Loved all the artwork too. My only suggestions would be a light on the house numbers for night check in and a warning to those over 5'10" when getting into thw shower. The beautiful doors are head hieght I would also like to say that if you have any issues with the neighborhood, that is something between you and your soul.」
