「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to...

「Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. 」

「We spent a great week at this hotel with 2 young kids. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, the entertainment team were excellent with the children both poolside and in the evenings! Food and drinks options were good for the whole family. We will definitely look at coming back here, great hotel in this price range in a pleasant quiet area within walking distance of the beach.」

「Overall a very pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend to friends and hopefully come back in the future if we get to visit Portugal again. My highlight of the visit would definitely be the Spa facilities. The outdoor pool was lovely, and very attentive staff, even offering complimentary fruit and drinks. The marina is in perfect walking distance, so many restaurants and bars to choose from. 」

「The Anantara Vilamoura was such a fantastic beautiful hotel. The staff there were incredible, attentive and could not of made us feel more special or looked after. 「Facilities, staff and food are absolutely excellent. Grounds and pool are lovely and very well maintained. Unfortunately the standard rooms are very dated for the price and the layout is not comfortable for a family of 4. Although they are updating some rooms at the moment which should hopefully improve the comfort and make for a better stay.」
