Heerlijk hotel met vriendelijke personeel. Super mooie kamer en omgeving. Heel uitgebreid ontbijt. Enkel werd bij het toekomen gezegd dat we gebruiken konden maken van de wellness. Toen we daar toekwamen om 18u30 moesten we 15 euro per persoon betalen, om nog 1u30 gebruik te kunnen maken van de wellness. Heel aangenaam was dat de kamers elke dag zo proper en netjes werd gemaakt en het extra chocolaatje. Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf.

Tout était parfait. Chambre très confortable. Le personnel était extrêmement courtois et chaleureux à la fois, surtout au resto italien Lina où nous avons pris le dîner 4 soirs d'affilée. La nourriture y était succulente! Personnel le matin au petit déjeuner très courtois aussi ainsi qu'à l'open deck ! On a adoré cet hôtel!

It was first time to be in Portugal but the experience was unforgettable moments in life . The food was good and the welcoming experience was amazing. Will be back soon with our children and also the area was very quite which will be ideal for taking a break from England.

This was a nice stay but I don’t think up to 5* standard. The service was bad at most restaurants and the food beyond the breakfast buffet was over-priced and average. This may well be advertising but the pools are freezing in April, so just a warning! The hotel is super modern and has comfortable facilities, but it lacked the luxury touch for us.

Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent. If I’d been told that fine dining was Michelin star I wouldn’t have been surprised, really top notch. The uddo japanese restaurant was also so much better than the usual sticks and sushi that are standard fare in the west, we’ve been to Japan 4 times in the last 5 years and the uddo compared well. Facilities were excellent, we chose the epic sana as my wife likes fitness classes so was well catered for. The location just above a truly beautiful beach . Our first time in albufiera and we were stunned by the beaches. We will likely return soon.

From the first moment when we arrived until the checkout we really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation and amenities are incredible, the staff very attentive and the food extremely delicious. We can absolutely recommend to come here to enjoy the Algarve to the fullest.

This resort exceeded our every expectation. From the minute we walked in to the minute we checked out, everything and everyone was fantastic. The lobby area was immaculate, our room was incredible, breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Staff was attentive to everyone and never let a person stand on line. The lobby smells like beautiful flowers and the attention to detail was obvious. They gave us an Easter treat in our room and because it was my birthday, we arrived to find a piece of cake with a candle and a bottle of champagne. Pools, beach, great fitness club and 5 restaurants on property. If you dont feel like staying on property, there are a couple restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure. We loved it!

Neben dem Aufzug steht eine Vitrine, in der das Hotel Urkunden der gewonnenen Preise und Auszeichnungen ausstellt. Es dürfte noch einige dazukommen, denn das Hotel ist fantastisch. Insbesondere das Personal ist so gut, freundlich und zuvorkommend, wie ich es noch nie erlebt habe.
