「Don’t stay here. The room is extremely small with NO fridge. And we stayed here for 7 days. They said they’ll change the sheet on the third day, guess what, they didn’t although I specifically told the receptionist. The stain on the comforter is always there until I put the changing card under the stain and they changed it the last night before we left lol. And the bed sheet and pillow case are still unchanged with our hairs on. Shame. Breakfast is a joke, every morning is the same. EXACTLY...

「I am very mad there was no FREE wifi whereas my booking show free WiFi. The reception say Public area is free but I cannot get any data. I then signed up as Marriott member just to get free WiFi in my room but again, I logged in but no data. This is not and should not be the standard of any decent hotel let alone the Marriott! Very disappointed. I have an extra day in Lisbon and I have chosen to switch hotel for real WiFi. Sad! I am trying Carlton Marriott in Madrid tonight...

「Excellent hôtel, personnels adorables, propreté irréprochable, buffet très varié et bons. Concert du soir avec de très bons groupes. Tout est vraiment inclus (bouteille d'eau 1,5 L à disposition, cocktails, tous les repas...), possibilité de faire des sandwichs au buffet pour partir à la journée appréciée ainsi que le grand parking gratuit en face de l'hôtel pour garer la voiture. Nous recommandons cet établissement. 」

「Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「Due to metro construction, access to the hotel either via taxi or bolt/uber was a little hazzle. Other than that, the location of the hotel was really convenient for those who wants to walk to downtown shopping and excellent restaurants areas. Hotel staff was really friendly and as helpful as possible. English speakers will have no issue to communicate with them. Room decor was beautiful but our room was in the corner, so accessing to the bathroom from one side of the bed may seem really...

「The best place I have ever stayed. I came here for some Golden Visa procedures, during COVID time it is really headache as I have to find clinic and print tones of stuff. Nevertheless, the staff here is very helpful and nice that they helped me a lot in printing stuff, calling clinic, morning call, luggage handling... etc. Even the intern, Sara, did a very good job. The service really exceeds my expectation and I would definitely stay here again when I get back to Lisbon. 」
