All staff I met during ny 3 night stay were professional, friendly and had good knowledge of Lisbon to pass onto us. The room was clean and very comfortable and refreshed daily. Bathroom was more than adequate with fluffy towels and lovely scented shower gel and hand-wash in dispensers. The coffee shop on the ground floor serves delicious coffee and pastries, sandwiches etc. Good location however i did find it noisy at night. 2nd floor room with lots going on in the street below !

The Room was spotless every day and the Hotel itself was in a decent location to get around and catch the Metro etc. Maybe a kettle in the room would be a good addition but free wi-fi and tv were adequate for myself! The members of staff I engaged with were warm and friendly, a couple of others could maybe smile a little more! But overall a great stay. Thanks!

Hotel was nicely located for exploring the city. Our room was spacious but the beds were very small (double) for 2 people. It would be nice to have a chair or sofa to sit instead of the bed. Otherwise it was a decent room.
