"Perfect choice! Location is amazing. Right by the water and a fun bars area, quick walk to some sights. Really fun energy there at all hours. Clean and comfy, helpful staff and nice breakfast (plus complimentary ginja and pastel de nata in afternoon). Cleaning might be the best I’ve experienced anywhere! Many hotels only clean in specific windows of time you can miss. Here whenever I left the room in morning or afternoon I would come back and it was all totally clean! Will always stay here in Lisbon."

"Would stay again, great location, kind concierge and staff. I feel the staff would benefit from additional service training…had to ask for basic things several times. You will not regret your stay at this hotel…you just have to have patience with the staff who are well meaning but drop the ball. I will say that the staff was able to make several reservations for me before I arrived which I did appreciate."

"The deluxe room was very nice. The hotel had a rooftop bar which had excellent drinks and fancy food bites. All served with super chosen drinks and excellent service. We had all the amenities needed including posh expresso machine (but no kettle or tea!). Very central to restaurants and breakfast places."

"This was a fantastic & funky hotel right in the middle of all of the Lisbon nightlife area. The staff went above & beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night. They were incredibly helpful and kind. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff were."
