「From check in to departure, we could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was welcoming, beyond accommodating, and made our stay a truly memorable experience. This is also the most beautiful and well-maintained property I have ever visited, and was such a peaceful, relaxing escape from the major cities. I also greatly appreciated that the property only accommodates a small number of guests, which made the stay feel very private and intimate, while still...

「非常完美，床超大床品极其舒适，周围到处是葡萄梯田，在夕阳中及第二天的晨雾中美丽及神秘。就是在山里，要开一段较窄的山路，好在车不多。」

「excellent but tv has no english channel」

「Front desk staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfasts, and breakfast staff were very good. Housekeeping was also very good. Views from the hotel were beautiful and the location is excellent. Parking was relatively easy. Hotel pool and surrounding area was very tired looking and needed umbrellas or some sort of shaded area and decor. Rooms were very dated and carpet was very worn. We booked three rooms and two of the couples commented that their beds were uncomfortable and needed to...

「The place was just amazing. The views from all around the property is spectacular. The staff took such good care of us. We went for our 24th year wedding anniversary and we were given some Port wine and a bottle at the end of our stay. The people were all great. The included breakfast is so good. And the suppers were just as great. There is very little light pollution that at night we were able to see the milky way galaxy. We had a magical stay and thank you so much to the staff.」

「Property was too far from where we needed to be and that was probably my fault for not researching it further. The staff was extremely helpful/」

「Amazing stay. Wonderful amenities in the room and common areas. Breathtaking views of the Douro valley from the floor-to—ceiling windows in our room, which was spacious and well appointed. Ana and Marco are gracious hosts who think of everything to make their guests comfortable. They gave us superlative recommendations for dinner and sightseeing. 10+」
