「Simply Amazing 」

「Easy to see why this is a 5 star hotel. Central to the city and a great base to watch the cruise ships dock opposite the hotel in the harbour. Breakfast was a huge selection, hot and cold. Service was impeccable. The spa and pool was closed for refurbishment in May 2026, which is reflects the 4 stars for amenities. Would stay here again, and recommend to solo female travelers. 」

「とにかく、温泉がよかったです。 日中は外部からのお客さんがいてかなりにぎやかですが、朝夕は宿泊客だけで、静かにゆっくり入ることができました。 島の中の山の天気なので、雨が降ったり止んだりでしたが、長くは降らないので、様子を見ながら入りました。 客室も気持ちよく快適で、レストランもおいしかったです。 日本から遠いのが残念です。 また、行く機会があればぜひ、行きたいです。」

「We stayed at Santa Bárbara Eco-Beach Resort expecting a family-friendly experience, but it was completely unsuitable for traveling with a toddler. While I can see the appeal for adults seeking a quiet, remote retreat, there is very little for children to do. When the weather is poor—as it was during our stay—you are essentially stuck indoors with no meaningful activities. The layout adds to the difficulty. Rooms are located up a hill, requiring a golf cart to move luggage, which is...

「Stayed for about 4 nights. Great location with plenty of parking. Great breakfast and dinner. Wonderful staff. Huge room space. Overall a great stay.」

「Huge breakfast bar, grest dinner food, service 10 stars. Hot.pools are best feature. It was so good that we returned after a couple of day after chevkout just for a dip in y be pool (spa visit). If we return on tbe island, we'll stay in this hotel.」

「Perfect stay. The location is ideal, walking distance to the main sights but not in a crowded street. There’s free parking round the corner and paid parking on street (not expensive). The swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room were excellent addition. Rooms have a balcony with nice views. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can rent pool towels with a deposit of 10€ per towel. Breakfast can be better (the pancake machine is an experience haha), but overall excellent for the price.」
