"Perfect unique accommodation right on the ocean. Cleaned and restocked daily to a high standard. Included daily breakfast delivery was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the Houseboat Company was fantastic from time of booking throughout until after check-out. "My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways."

"This hotel is well maintained. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Garage is extra EUR10/day but it is worth it. The indoor pool is open until 10, which is very convenient. The bar has a good selection of lose teas that are served in special teapots. There are a lot of common areas with comfortable furniture. Location is also very convenient. The center of the town is walking distance form the hotel."
