Absolutely wonderful hotel. Centrally located, beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and attentive staff, and the restaurant on the ground floor was so good we ate there every morning. I will definitely stay there again if I’m fortunate enough to make it back to Ponta Delgada. Cannot recommend Armazéns Cogumbreiro highly enough!

Our stay at Armazéns Cogumbreiro was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful blend of historic architecture and modern comfort. Our room was spotless, incredibly spacious, and full of character. The building's old-world charm has been wonderfully preserved, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere that truly reflects the beauty and history of Ponta Delgada. The location could not have been more perfect. Everything was within easy walking distance - market, marina, cafés, shops, and countless restaurants were all just steps away. It was the ideal home base for exploring São Miguel while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was Patricia. She was absolutely outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring, she went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. It is rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work and who truly cares about the experience of every guest. Her hospitality made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and throughout our entire stay. Armazéns Cogumbreiro is one of those special places that stays with you long after you've left. Between the stunning accommodations, incredible location, and exceptional service, it exceeded every expectation we had. We cannot wait to return and would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Ponta Delgada. A true gem in the heart of the city.
