Das Personal ist aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und vorallem sympathisch. Ich habe mich beim Frühstück gerne mit das Personal unterhalten, mir wurden immer tolle Vorschläge gemacht für schöne Orte die ich auf die Insel noch besuchen kann. We have stayed here on previous trips to the island and this is one of my absolute favourite hotels, anywhere, comfortable in all respect’s, understated, unpretentious luxury. Also very close to all that Ponta Delgada has to offer, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful location. Everything in the house was excellent. Would only suggest beach items like chairs and umbrella, otherwise perfect. Our hosts were so friendly.

Very clean which is my number 1! Staff are all very nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is really good and many options included with your stay. We were upset to have missed it some mornings! Overall I would definitely stay again.
