Great hotel if you’re traveling with a family. We were five people. Has 2 bedrooms and a third small annex off the living room. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was a perfect amount of choices to start the day. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was good. I enjoyed the location, as it was easily accessible to the tours that I had booked. (I didn’t know, but the front desk can book tours for you.) Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ponta Delgada

Un très bel établissement idéalement situé et très propre. Le personnel (dans son ensemble, accueil, petit déjeuner, homme de ménage..,) sont vraiment parfaits ! L'accueil est personnalisé, le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel très attentif. Une très belle expérience. Un clin d'œil au Monsieur à l'accueil lors de mon départ qui géré de main de maître le retard du taxi.

We had a great stay! Breakfast was nice, rooms were very clean, very friendly staff, convenient nearby parking. Only complaint was that the AC unit made some weird noises at night, despite being off.

This 4 star property is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The kitchen has all you need to cook a delicious Portuguese meal. It’s close to everything including shopping and restaurants. I will definitely go back. The breakfast was excellent.

Front desk staff were excellent at check in and were helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast buffet was excellent including ala carte options. View from balcony was nice overlooking the harbour. Location was excellent in the heart of Ponta Delgada.

Lovely room. Very clean with comfortable bed. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast that was included with the price of the room. Hotel is downtown central to everything. Nice grocery store located next to the hotel.

Appartement 1 chambre propre, confortable et spacieux. Le service quotidien des chambres est excellent avec le lavage de la vaisselle, l'eau, le café Nespresso. La réception est toujours prête à aider. Le déjeuner buffet ou à la carte est très bon. Excellente localisation au centre-ville avec vue sur la marina du balcon. Même si c'est sur la rue principale, ce n'est pas vraiment bruyant et l'appartement est bien insonorisé par rapport à l'extérieur. Points faibles : mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres chambres, la cuisine n'est équipée d'aucune produit de base tel que huile, sel, poivre, etc.

Tout était parfait, la cuisine super équipée des petites café Nespresso chaque jour, des biscuits offerts à notre arrivée avec une bouteille de vin blanc car vip expédia, personnel souriant et très sympatique. Nous sommes arrivés le matin très tôt et comme notre chambre était libre ils nous ont laissé libre de s'y installer de suite, nous avons eu une carte pour un stationnement intérieur à un très bon prix aussi. Super arrangeant🤗 merci pour tout 😁 le personnel d'entretien a fait des attentions mignonnes comme installer les peluches de mon fils de manière amusante, beaucoup de délicatesse🤗

We upgraded to an apartment unit and were happy with the amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and efficient and willing to assist us with our needs and questions. Communication was easy. The only complaint is noises from above and in the hallway area. Minor inconvenience. Parking was easy and location great.

Very clean which is my number 1! Staff are all very nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is really good and many options included with your stay. We were upset to have missed it some mornings! Overall I would definitely stay again.
