「Hotel was right on the marina near city center. Great location. I was able to drop my bags early and was picked up for my tour there. The service is unmatched. I forgot several things and they were able to help me. In room coffee was amazing as well. When I come back this is the place I'm going to stay.」

「Would recommend to all travellers! The receptionists (including Host- the cat) are extremely friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. 「This hotel is fantastic, but I would suggest having a rental car if you stay here. It's ideal for getting to a lot of places on the island but staying very convenient to Ponta Delgada and the many restaurants there in the evening. 「The view from the upper rooms of the ocean is breathtaking. The bed is comfortable and the small kitchen space has the basics of what you need. The patio space is shared with other units (although some bamboo provides a bit of privacy) so others smoking &/or having loud conversations can affect the tranquility. The surrounding area is farmland so it is very tranquil. The lodge is under renovation/construction - something we didn’t know. But the work stops in the afternoon so there was no issue....
