We moved to a larger room mid week with no problem. It was nice to be in a more traditional old house. Very central to everything. We had no issues with parking in front of the hotel. Hotel on this island is a better option than a Airbnb due to no good restaurants that serve breakfast. All restaurants on the island start serving food at noon. 「Our experience at the hotel was fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I can say I didn't encounter any staff who weren't great. The room was spotless and a good size. Our balcony overlooked downtown and the harbour beyond. The breakfast included fruit, cheese and bread along with items such as omelettes cooked to order. We also, enjoyed our stop at the bar/restaurant. Overall, a very enjoyable visit to Ponta Delgada. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.」
