「Hotellet var väldigt fräscht och det märktes att det var nybyggt. All personal var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Bra frukost med omelett station, mimosa, stort utbud av frukt och bröd, pålägg, yoghurt etc. Kaffemaskinen höll inte måttet då det var med pulverkaffe. Fräscht poolområde med bra solbäddar och tillgång till poolhanddukar varje dag, dock var poolen väldigt kall. Rummet var fint inredd och inte alls lyhört, dock var sängen för hård för vår smak. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process. 」

The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars...

「The Epic Sana is a 5 Star A+ hotel. The staff are very welcoming and extremely helpful with whatever you need, restaurants, guides, spa, etc. The inclusive breakfast has so many choices we didn't know how we would find room for lunch! Two pools, one of the roof and one in the basement with the spa and gym. It was a wonderful vacation stay in the middle of an urban city.」
