The location of this hotel is incredible. Literally a short walk from the airport makes this ideal as a stop after a long flight or before an early departure. They start services at 4am, recognizing the needs of the clientele. Clean rooms, great property. Location by the airport means there is not much around it (just the airport) but it is an easy cab ride to the rest of Lisbon. Definitely recommend.

The property is clean and easy access to the airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very nice. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because we had an early flight. I would recommend it.

Overall, a great option if you're looking for a place to stay right by the airport. Appreciated the shuttle that runs every 15 min to the terminal. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive and good. Hotel room was spacious -- the shower could have been a little cleaner (mold) but otherwise everything was comfortable. I didn't love that we were placed on a floor where they were doing repairs across the full floor to the walls (the smell of materials was strong in the hallway but thankfully it didn't extend to the room). We also appreciated the two pools (one indoor and heated, one outdoors and not heated) - our 4 year old had a great time in both. Service was excellent and they dropped off some snacks and some port - also appreciated!

I chose this hotel because we had 7am early morning flight. Location is within walking distance to the airport. However the hotel does provide free shuttle every 15min, good for guests with luggage.

The staff here were great helping me get a room after a 3 hour flight delay lead me to missing my flight and having to find a place to stay. The food in the restaurant was very good as well. The location by the airport made if very easy to get to and enjoyed the fact the rooms must of been sound proofed as I heard no planes at all. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great airport hotel. Comfortable and lots of amenities. Food was good. Only problem is the shuttle which was late and the trip to the airport is not 5 minutes as the traffic is so terrible around the airport. Plan for extra time.

The hotel itself was nice enough. My issue was with the shuttle service. I selected this hotel specifically because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle. When our flight was delayed, I called ahead to advise them of the delay and confirm that the shuttle would still be available. I was assured that it would. When we landed and were ready for pickup, I called again and was intially told that the shuttle was outside. When we didn’t see it, I called again and was told that I had misunderstood. The shuttle was out of service for the night and was not available. We were advised to “take a taxi” but a taxi wouldn’t take us that short of a distance. Because we had a lot of luggage (including an oversize piece) it was difficult to walk but we eventually had to borrow an airport luggage cart and navigate to the hotel at 1:00am through a busy traffic circle and cobblestone sidewalks. The cart tipped over a couple of times (once into a puddle), but we eventually made it to the hotel. My husband and I are in our mid-60’s. We had just arrived from a lovely time in the Azores. The overall experience with this however, made for a very frustrating and exhausting final night in Portugal.

Being an airport hotel with a shuttle every 30 minutes was great for us since we had a 6:30AM international flight. Breakfast was available anytime after 4:00AM. Bar was a good place for a light snack the night before. Had stayed there a few months earlier. Room was clean and adequate. Since we had disembarked a ship in the morning I wish the room could have been ready before 11:00AM.
