“The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful, as were the porters, especially Daniel who helped us with our luggage. The housekeeping staff was amazing, so friendly and yet they work very hard. For that reason, I chose a 5 star rating. However, we did not find the breakfast staff particularly friendly, never a smile from the ladies who cleaned the tables. We would also suggest the hotel upgrade the hallway carpeting on the first floor. It would also have been nice to have another egg option……

“Very nice hotel. The basic room is perfect for a stay when you don’t expect to spend alot of time in the room. No luxury. Not a nice area to walk around but the best because very central to visit the island. The property and lot is wonderful. Nice pool. Spa building. Basic but all you need for breakfast is included. Very quiet hotel and guest. Feels like nature and that’s what we wanted. 9+/10”

“I stayed here before and after sailing the Azores for two weeks. The rooms were fabulous- quiet, comfortable with secluded/private balconies. Staff were very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I look forward to returning in the future!”
