“I absolutely love everything about this hotel. This is my second time coming here and when I return to Sao Miguel, this will be home. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Ponta Delgada. There is valet parking available. The staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel is magnificently beautiful and luxurious with its gold detail. The room is spotless as usual. “This by far was the most beautiful 5 star Hotel l have visited!! There was nothing not to like about my visit at the wonderful hotel!!! The staff was amazing, the amenities were great, the Food was extremely good and there was not a bad experience to be had!! The room, OMG!! The view was incredible!!”
