He helped us with the luggage, explained how to use the apartment and offered very useful information about the island’s attractions and local restaurants. The apartment (too floor) was amazing, new, modern, clean, spacious with super comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom/shower. We loved the outdoor rooftop terrace to look out the sky at night and see the neighborhood. Very conveniently located in downtown. Will……

“Great place to stay. Not crowded like Ponta Delgada. Is in a residential area, with a 2 minute walk to the shoreline. Nice area to walk along shore, a small ocean bay with a swimming within a 10 minute walk. Stayed on the second floor, they advertise you dont have a ocean view, but ocean was viewable as well a shore line to the west. Very clean, modern and quiet.”

“What an absolute dream of a space - inside and out! We loved every minute of our stay at Furnas Lake Forest Living. The location is a perfect home base for getting around the island, exploring hot springs, and hiking. There are several local hikes within walking distance or 5-10 mins driving. The decor is sleek and comfortable with lovely attention to detail. We also had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which is a MUST-- the best food we had during our stay. We'd highly recommend Furnas……
