"We’ve stayed multiple times and loved it every time - until our most recent stay when jewelry went missing from the room. A call to the front desk and within 10 minutes jewelry was returned and staff claimed it was found in the garbage. Not sure how they scoured an entire hotels garbage from the day and found it, returned it 10 mins later. Something doesn’t line up. Recommend to keep your valuables with you as I’m sorry to say I wouldn’t trust the staff"

"Bring earplugs, as the area noise absurd, especially on the weekends, and even on the 3rd floor. But that was a small price to pay to be in the heart of all the action, as long as youthful debauchery makes you smile. Anyway, the staff was attentive and helpful, the breakfast was fine, and the place itself was very nice. No complaints, would totally stay there again."

"The hotel was quiet, comfortable bed and very efficient. Although, the shower was showing mold as not clean well and the toilet had a noise as it was leaking all night."

"All communication is via app and Whatsapp, no front desk but they are very responsive and Im fairly certain its a human and not a robot responding. Large room un a surprisingly quietlocation considering the close proximity to Pink Street. The two criticism is a luggage rack or other funiture would be helpful. Also the wall hooks and closet rod are extremely high on the walls, making them an awkward stretch to reach. Room includes hot water kettl, iron, many wall outlets & a very firm bed. Plenty of luggage storeage at the hotel and within 30m of the place."
