“Truly exceptional hotel in a perfect location! We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony and a river view. The staff was warm, responsive, knowledgeable about what to see and fun to talk to. The TimeOut Market is right across the street - great for food, deserts, even dancing on the two nights we were there. Close to everything in old town and the river. I was there only for 2 nights attending a conference but it was perfect for my needs (although there was no ensuite, I had my own large bathroom a few steps away, dressing gown and slippers provided). the most impressive aspect were the managers, they were very friendly an I felt that they cared about their guests.
