“Very friendly, helpful staff”

“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“First of all, it’s amazing! The stay is wonderful and it started with warm and welcoming staff at reception. She explained a lot and helped us on early check in. We got welcome drinks and also soft drink credits (this is from Expedia). She also helped to upgrade my parents room to a supreme and spacious room! We love it. Everyday we got night snack and wine/water in the room. The location is great and I will definitely stay in the future. When we checkout day, gentleman in the front desk helped……

“There was a confusion in the booking. I thought i booked a room with balcony but the hotel said that i booked a room with patio which meant it had to be on the ground floor. The patio was useless because it simply was a corridor and your view was just a concrete wall with a few plants. There was not much light as a result. “Raum war angenehm und ruhig. Der Flur ist stellenweise etwas hellhörig - wenn der Zimmernachbar die Türen etwas zu energisch schließt ist das hörbar. War aber nicht wirklich störend. Bad war gut ausgestattet. Die Türen zu den Zimmern sind mit Schlüssel abschließbar. Die Eingangstür zum Hotel ist via Magnetschloss gesichert und kann nur mit Code oder persönlich vom Empfang geöffnet werden. Die Codes sind pro Gast/Zimmer einzigartig und werden vermutlich regelmäßig geändert. (Temp Codes) Es gibt……
