Receptionist was super nice, we arrived early and was able to leave our luggage with them until check-in time. The room was super spacious for 3 people, with everything we needed. Only complaint would be the shower door did not close properly so the water would leak out, we had to leave a towel by the door to soak up the water.

BessaHotel was incredible from the moment we arrived! Staff were wonderful and always helpful. Our room was a standard but it felt like a suite. The pool area was a nice, quiet space to relax and the hotel bar was very elegant. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to shopping, dining and sightseeing.

Great for family stay in Lisbon. Easy access to so many great areas to see, walking or tram rides. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be quiet and safe. Beautiful tree-lined street for walks to cafes, etc. highly recommend!
