「The room is clean. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. 」

「Cosy room, comfortable bed, excellent TV and easy to cast my own entertainments. Self-laundry is very good, but if the app for it becomes more friendly should be excellent. Wish you expand your business to more cities.」

「Nice place to attend sec conference」

「No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!」

「Quiet and safe environment, and fair distance with a few minutes walk to some dining options. Property is maintained in fair condition.」

「Hotel manger Monika is very helpful as I requested for twin bed but I found out that I did not mentioned on my booking. Rooms included free WiFi and location is good , just next to Charing Cross station and 15 mins walk to GLA central area.」

「Breakfast with cooked food is rare in a budget hotel but 8:30am is a bit early. Staffs are nice. Other things are okay.」

「Exceptionally good stay! Nice big room with king bed. The architecture is lovely and great for art lovers. Bed was comfortable. It was quite special breakfast orders and ready at your room doorstep the next morning. Breakfast was fantastic and the personal service was superb!」

「Friendly staff and good breakfast!」
